Training
Summary: Training is a cost effective way to upgrade the communication skills of an organization
Training courses are available to improve Persuasion, Selling, Negotiation, Management, Leadership and Presentation
Courses require a total of 8 to 16 hours - usually over a one or two day period. While it is possible to split the training in to several shorter chunks (e.g. 3 hours a week for 3 to 6 weeks), intensive emersion courses are generally more effective. Courses can be arranged at weekends.
All courses can be customized to highlight skills that are important in a particular firm or industry.
The greatest benefits from training will be achieved if it is part of a coordinated organizational communication strategy.
